LifeGroups
At Friday Night Churches; our group consists of three or more members, and each member has an equal say in how the group operates. The group meets at the same time during the week, with two or more breaks for preparation. Participants are encouraged to attend meetings. Weekly attendance is required. There is no requirement for members to participate every week. The LifeGroup leader is responsible for keeping the group’s schedule on track.
Our goal of LifeGroups is to help individuals find their fit in the ministry of the Church. The group will work together to find the ministry area that they are called to serve. The leader will be involved in the group’s decisions and facilitate the process. A pastor will support the group in determining the best ministry path. Our LifeGroups are small groups that meet regularly to learn how to relate to others. They will be made up of people with different interests and backgrounds. Often, the participants will be married or single. Besides, they will have a common interest. These groups aim to help people in the Church find their fit in ministry. The Bible is the key, At Friday Night Churches; group will also help the members to understand how to be Christians in today’s society.
