Develop a youth department at the church.

If you were ever a member of a youth organization, or want to develop a youth department at the church, this is probably the first thing that comes to mind. As a youth pastor working for a church, you’ll have many interactions with teenagers both inside and outside the building. The church will serve as your central meeting place even when you travel out into the community to participate in volunteer initiatives, outreach, or recreational activities.

Our young people’s ministry is led by a group of individuals who are passionate about sharing their faith in Jesus with others. We at fridaynightchurches know what it’s like to be a young person in today’s world, with all of the demands, difficulties, and decisions that come with it.

At fridaynightchurches, we believe that investing in today’s youth is critical to the body of Christ’s growth. Teaching youth in the church to develop their connection with the Lord equips them to serve Christ in everything that they do. As a consequence, the congregation is nurtured, and the church can develop.

Serving youth prepares them to be leaders of tomorrow and allows them to give back to the church. This is shown often in the Bible, as God frequently uses youth to accomplish great things.

Develop a youth department at the church. It will take place on a Friday night starting at 8:30pm and ending at 10:30pm.
